Saturday Kids Lab: Interventions
The upcoming Saturday Kids Lab will focus on the exhibition “Augustas Serapinas: Diana” currently on view at CCA Tel Aviv. In the first part of the workshop, we will visit Serapinas’s solo exhibition and explore the works exhibited, which were created specially for this occasion. Following this exploration, we will go to the Center’s educational hub, where we will discover artworks by contemporary artists that are conceived as interventions in indoor and outdoor spaces and through them we will get acquainted with the term “site-specific” and its meaning. The last part of the workshop will consist of a hands-on activity during which we will create our own site-specific sculptural intervention.
The Saturday Kids Lab is led by CCA Tel Aviv Educational Manager Eden Bannet for children between 6 and 10-year old.
Saturday, July 17 at 11 pm
Duration: One hour and a half
