03.04.2021

Saturday, April 3 at 12 pm

Please join CCA Tel Aviv Director and Curator Nicola Trezzi for a lecture on the work of Yitzhak Golombek, whose piece Comb (1989), is included in the group exhibition “Blade Memory,” curated by artists Naama Arad, Eran Nave, and Ishai Shapira Kalter and that is currently on view at the Center. The lecture – drawn by the eponymous essay Trezzi wrote for the catalogue that accompanied Golombek’s 2017 Rappaport Prize-survey at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art – will be based on the following keywords: orifices, interstices, protuberances, silhouettes, and reliefs. The lecture will be followed by a Q&A with the audience and a response by Golombek, who will be in attendance.

The event will be held in English
